By road from Siliguri the distance to Lamahatta is about 75 kilometers and will take around 3 ½ hours.
One can also drive via Jorebunglow near Ghoom and then take the road for Lamahatta.
Taxis from New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) or Bagdogra airport can be arranged.
From Darjeeling the distance is about 23 kilometers which is takes around 45 minutes by car.
From Kalimpong, is at a distance of 43 kilometers which is about a 1½ hours drive.
