Ador Welding Academy Private Limited is a 100% subsidiary of Ador Welding Limited (formerly Advani Oerlikon Ltd)- a pioneer in welding industry in India and in service for the last over 60 years.

The academy's focus will be to serve the industry needs for fabrication and metal joining, across all levels of professionals and most disciplines that enable the industry. It will continue to work among the users to continually keep its agenda contemporary and meet current as well as anticipated challenges.

Its service verticals will span across manufacturing industry needs: creating a pipeline of employable youngsters for the industry through skill development ( welders, supervisors, engineers) and delivering welding curricula for under graduate, graduate and post graduate academic courses-also in partnership with institutes; research and consultancy Center capable of providing solutions to industrial problems related to welding and other activities applied to fabrication, repair and maintenance of structures and machinery; leading the advocacy initiatives to establish the practice of welding to its qualitative essence, and effectively meet the global competitiveness.
