WHO defines Life-SKILLS as abilities for adaptive and positive behavior that enables individuals to deal effectively with the demands and challenges of everyday life.
Jiva Vigyan – Life-SKILLS based on Yoga and other ancient Indian wisdom, is a comprehensive program which empowers one with time-tested tools to be physical fit, vitally active, mentally strong, intellectually sharp, spiritually conscious, socially responsible and career wise.
This program taking one from Personal mastery to Social mastery to Career mastery, remains a life-long aid to be happily successful (Can one be unhappily successful?).
Jiva Vigyan programs are available for both children and adults through schools, colleges, drop-in centres (Ankur Kshetras) and to corporate. We have various standardised programs, but prefer to offer customised programs based on the need, as each individual, oragnisation or group of people is unique.
