About Isha Life in Luz Church Road, Chennai

The Isha Life Wellness Centre at Chennai includes the Mahamudra restaurant, the Shambhavi Spa and boutique, and the Angamardhana fitness studio.

Located in the heart of Mylapore, Mahamudra Restaurant offers traditional South Indian food with a healthy twist. The variety of dishes gives one a taste of all the four states in an aesthetic ambience. An extension of the restaurant is the newly opened Namma Cafe which offers bajjis, bondas, filter kapi and other delectable foods that remind one of their grandmother's kitchen.

The Angamardhana fitness studio is a fully equipped gym that offers personal training that is tailored to your requirements. One can also learn the traditional exercise of Angamardhana that gives the gym it's name. The studio also offers Hatayoga and Suryakriya classes twice a month.

The Shambhavi boutique offers for purchase ethnic crafts of stone, metal and other indegenous materials, crafted by rural hands.

All proceeds of Isha Life Fitness Systems are used for social projects of Isha Foundation.
