St. Mark's Church is functioning as an independent unit under the tabernacle of Diocese of Madras, Church of South India. Rt. Rev. Dr. A. Devasahayam is the present Bishop, an active Bishop with lot of vision in spreading Lord's Kingdom in the sophisticated Metropolitan Chennai City and to the remote villages under the Diocese. The present Presbyter-in-charge of our Church Rev. Earnest Selvadurai, an able and efficient Pastor, is leading and guiding the Church and its activities. There is a seven member Advisory Committee which is administering the Church.
The Church is having a congregational strength of 195 families with about 400 communicant members. It is a highly educated congregation. The entire congregation is actively involving themselves in all the Church activities and in the Lord's Ministry.

Our Church has a lot of fellowships - Men's Fellowship, Women's Fellowship, Youth Fellowship, Sunday School Fellowship, Choir Fellowship, Praise and Worship Fellowship - to mention a few.
