Lucky Mercantile Limited began as a Non Banking Finance Company, in 1992 and commenced business after obtaining the License from Reserve Bank of India. This is a closely held Public Limited Company, registered with Registrar of Societies; but not listed in Stock Exchange. Lucky Mercantile Limited will be henceforth referred in its short form as LML

Company was providing Hire Purchase Finance to clients in the entire 14 districts of KERALA, for buying vehicles of all types and also finance on property, which was its main business. By the hard work of the Directors, especially the founder Director, Mr. Suresh Chand Kothari, the Company was able to establish its presence in the market and also able to garner sizeable share of the business as well as good reputation.

Despite 13 years of successful operation in NBFC, Suresh Chand Kothari and his son Mahesh Kothari sensed further opportunities in the Real Estate Development and Construction industry in 2005; the Company's strategic direction was altered to take advantage of these chances. Thus the Company has started a separate construction division, LML HOMES, within the Company to mark this change in focus. This decision proved to be very prudent as LML HOMES established a steady growth in construction activity due to the successful completion of various projects, both commercial and residential.

From its inception of construction division in 2005, the company has successfully implemented 20 Prestigious Projects and brought smile to 340 happy families. Also the company provides Design Input and engineering/architectural solutions, as value added service to the clients.

Our clientele are wide from small budgeted developments to large townships and high end villas and LML HOMES successfully caters to all and meet their aspirations. Our unique and flexible project management systems ensure excellent results, regardless of the size, geographical location or nature of the project.
The Management Team proactively collect feedback, identifies changes in the business environment, reviews work process, institute grievance mechanisms and communicate key policy points to all the workers in the Project.
