We launched corporate connectivity services over India’s first TCP/IP backbone telecom network infrastructure. This enabled connecting multi-location offices seamlessly, across multiple platforms and applications. Simply put, we helped change the way enterprises communicate and grow. Later that year, we became India’s first private ISP with a dial up service. State-of-the-art cyber cafes with broadband connectivity were our next offering. We followed this up with broadband home access using wireless connectivity. For instance, we set up the first frame relay and ATM backbone, were the first to offer converged services with Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS), and built the first Level 3 Data Centre in India. India's first Tier III IDC was built by Sify in the year 2000 at Vashi, Navi Mumbai. The success story continued from there on. Later, Chennai and Bangalore IDC was built in year 2001 followed by Airoli, Navi Mumbai in 2008. Voice Services:

Sify provides high quality voice origination and termination services with interconnects directly with both mobile and fixed line operators in India.
