BRS envisages to conduct studies on children, right from conception up to their entry into job market and devise programmes to build necessary skills as the child grows. Alongside studies, the team will also design a metric system (in the line of psychometric tests) to help the young identify their areas of interest. Built on the strength of experts on its board (called the Think Tank), BRS looks at administering a line of programmes that will go hand in hand with the research wing, to build the evidence. The Dhyan Baby project is the first step in this endeavour, targeted at pregnant mothers. Backed by research findings so far, the mothers will be taken through programmed gym sessions, sessions on food consumption, music appropriate for the foetus growth, messages exposed to while in the womb, etc. Also promoting normal delivery in the process, the network of doctors and paediatricians in the Think Tank will guide the mothers on upbringing of their children.

This covers a range of factors like the play items a child is exposed to, the sounds/activities necessary to work out their sensory, strategies to help learning & association and others, all of which will be based on research evidences in the field. Thereafter, the child gets into pre school where the learning gets reinforced.
