Organic Thalluvandi seeks to bring high quality organic fruits & vegetables to consumers. Organic Thalluvandi leverages micro-entreprenuers to sell the produce directly in "Thalluvandis" (Push-carts)/ vegetable autos to the consumers.

Why does Organic Thalluvandi use the “Thalluvandi’s” / “push-cart” / auto vendors as opposed to selling in modern retail outlets and super markets.

We do this for a couple of reasons:

1) Using “Thalluvandi’s” promotes micro-entrepreneurship and puts higher income in the hands of the vegetable vendors
2) Rather than pay 35% - 40% premium to the modern retail outlets and super markets we put more money in the hands of the farmers and make it less expensive for the consumer
3) All our fruits are picked fresh from the farms and get delivered to the customers fresh and are not refrigerated
