Gomathi Jagadeesan, Founder of the Parthasarathy Memorial Trust, had interest in serving mentally challenged children and undergone training and worked as a Special Educator for 13 years. She is Physically Challenged right from birth, when she had a plan to set up a Pre-Vocational Training Centre with hostel facility; her husband encouraged and joined her hands. Thus the Love Care Centre was established in the year 2003, under the PM Trust. Started in rented building with 5 special children and now the Centre has 35 residentials and 35 day scholars. The Trust is governed by a Board of Four Trustees. Then follows the hierarchy of Administrational staff and workers.
