We address these problems through direct counseling. We have contact with schools were we regularly meet the children and try to understand their problem and act as a liaison between teachers, parents and children.

We are planning to organize many School and college programmes for the development of the child like Life Skills Education, Personality Development Programmes, career development programmes and various other programmes according to the need of the schools.

We are also planning to organize programmes for teachers and parents, to help them have a better understanding of their children and to enhance their parenting and teaching skills.

As people grow their problems also grow. Individuals face many problems in their work place like problems of working in team, problems in carrying out the work effectively, absenteeism, problems of complying with the rules and regulations etc and so to help the people cope better, and to work better we are offering online counseling services and also take up referral cases and will have an direct counseling.

Apart from this our plan is to visit various Industries and address the employees and employers regarding their mental health and individual counseling will be held if necessary. We are planning to organize various programmes like Personality Development programmes, De addiction programmes, Anger Management programmes, Communication Skills Development programme, Stress Management Programmes, Health Awareness programmes and various other programmes according to the need of the company.

Family

Once an individual marries and enters into a new relationship their boundary widens and it is a big task and takes lot of time to get mentally prepared to accept the responsibility. But in many a cases people find it difficult to establish cordial relationship with spouse and children due to many reasons. We provide online counseling services to help family cope and we also take up referral services.

Once a person falls sick he feels it very difficult to cope. The feeling of dependency, both emotional and FINANCIAL dependency will curb the person and even the family members find it very difficult to handle the situation.

Keeping this in mind, we are planning to provide a comprehensive treatment care for the patients. We are planning to visit various hospitals and discuss with the Doctors regarding the psycho social problems of the patients and help them. We offer individual therapeutic services, Group therapies for a group of patients suffering from the same problem, Rehabilitation services, programmes to address the burden of caregivers, programmes for the staffs and various other awareness programmes.

social Work is not only concerned with Individual and Personal problems, but they look beyond these problems. We are also concerned with Various Social Issues like poverty, unemployment, crime, violence, emerging new illnesses, changing life style of the people, problems of Globalization and various other social issues. We are planning to undertake various Research projects to understand the reason behind these social issues and develop appropriate policies and strategies to address these issues.
