Yogaashram, formerly known as ‘Fit Well Health Center’ was founded by renowned Yoga Therapist Mr. B.V.Sathiyamoorthy in the year 1992 in Madurai. He is accompanied by his wife Mrs. Geetha Sathiyamoorthy. Since its foundation we have helped people to lead a healthy and a successful life. People of various age groups from 5yrs to 70yrs from various geographies have been treated by us through yoga therapy.

Mr.B V Sathiyamoorthy has completed YICC., YTIC, YVFA, PG Diploma in Yoga,
meditation and holistic health. and M.SC in yoga. He is a visiting therapist for
countries like Singapore, Malaysia. He has delivered lectures on Yoga and Yoga therapy at various international yoga center. He also handles special lectures for diploma and PG Diploma students at Gandhi Museum, Madurai. He has given practices to many surgeons and physicians in Madurai.

Classes at Yogashram includes Breathing Excercise, Loosening Exercise, Asanas, Pranayama, Kriyas,Relaxation Techniques and Meditation.
