Star Burma Hotel is the first quick service restaurant model started in the year 2016 near St. Thomas Mount railway station, which serves scrumptious Veg/Non-Veg Burmese street food, which is quite famous in North Chennai. We are just a year and a half old, but already have 8 outlets [2 owned by us (St. Thomas Mount and Guduvanchery) & 6 Franchised outlets (Choolaimedu, Perumbakkam, ECR, Tidel Park, SP Infocity and K.K.Nagar)] in Chennai and we are in the process of opening 3 more outlets shortly in Ambattur, Alwarpet and Madipakkam. We also actively participate at food festivals in IT parks, expo's and trade fair's. We are a regular participant in the events conducted @ Chennai Trade Center.

A brief intro about our food:

"Atho" is one of the very famous street food from Burmese cuisine in Chennai, particularly very popular in areas like Parrys corner, Vyarsarpadi and along the roadside of most famous "2nd Lane Beach Road" in George Town. Atho, Bejo, Mohinga, Seijo, Masala Egg, Plantain stew are the favourite delicacies of the Burmese and the locals of North Chennai queue up to eat this. In a world of Burgers, Pizzas and other Fast food, this authentic Burmese food has the power to mesmerise the taste buds of foodies from anywhere and everywhere in the country, as all our food and masala is fresh and made daily. The food served here has high nutritional values as we add up a variety of greens, cabbage, groundnuts, onion, lemon, plantain and garlic oil which make up for its taste and nutrition, and is available at an affordable cost. We don't add any artificial flavours and we won't compromise on hygiene and quality.
