Meiyur Education & Skill Development Pvt Ltd (MESD) is an authorized training partner of NSDC for several sectors, notably, Agriculture, Food processing, Furniture & Fittings, Handicrafts and Rubber. We see our work contributing to India’s economic growth by building a skill ecosystem that will empower the informal sector. We have started in a small way by training over 4000 students under PMKVY 0.1. We intend to build up momentum and multiply our efforts to reach tens of thousands of youth in the current year as we march towards an India which prides itself on its skilled work force.
MESD is providing unorganized workers in the informal sector a platform to access services such as skill development, financial inclusion, social protection and welfare services. We intend to build their capability to get employed or to start a business that can provide employment for themselves and others.
