•S.I.S DANUBE in Pallikaranai , Chennai with 150 picture perfect apartments was appreciated with an award under category‘Best Residential Development (Built) award’ in association with Cityscape and bagged one more award for ‘Best Development (India)’ award from ‘Asia Pacific Residential Property Awards’ in association with CNBC.

•S.I.S SAFAA phase- I in Urapakkam ,Chennai consisting of 256 lifestyle defining apartments won an award ‘Best Architecture (Multiple Units)’ award from ‘Asia Pacific Residential Property Awards’ in association with Bloomberg Television.

•S.I.S ACROPOLE, Phase- I a truly magnificent project themed on Greek style architecture is a small city on its own with 680 Lifestyle defining apartments and a 20,000 Sq.ft of dedicated club house , first of its kind ever attempted for its sheer grandeur and the amenities provided. The project is located in Trichy, a Tier-II city situated 370 Kms from Chennai. Phase- I of this project consists of 64 Apartments and was handed over in the year 2012. It successfully won an award‘Best Developer Website’ from ‘International Property Awards’ in Association with Bloomberg Television and Google and also bagged an award under the category ’Project of the year 2012-13’ from 100 Communications editorial team and had an editorial feature in their ’Indian Realty Year book 2013’.

•S.I.S ACROPOLE Phase- II, a truly magnificent project themed on Greek style architecture is a small city on its own with 680 Lifestyle defining apartments and a 20,000 Sq.ft of dedicated club house , first of its kind ever attempted for its sheer grandeur and the amenities provided is located in Trichy, a Tier-II city situated 370 Kms from Chennai.Phase- II of the project with a total of 616 Apartments is being planned to be completed and handed over in phases in the year 2015 and 2016 respectively.

•S.I.S Marakesh, in Urapakkam ,Chennai,is being built on a 4.65 Acre property with inspirations drawn from Moroccan architecture harmoniously blended with traditional ambience and modern amenities and has 360 luxury apartments in total that would leave one awe inspired. It is slated for completion and handover in phases in the year 2014 and 2015 respectively.

•S.I.S Queenstown , in Guduvancheri near Chennai , built on a 5.46 Acre property with a modern contemporary architectural theme and an approximate 424 apartments is under the Foundation Stage and is slated for completion and handover in phases starting from the first quarter 2017.

Till date, S.I.S have successfully handed over 1.2 million Sq.ft of residential property , another 1.2 million Sq.ft of residential property is currently under construction and chugs on nicely on a high growth path of delivering 10 million Sq.ft by the year 2020.
