It holds licenses issued by RBI to act as Authorized Dealer Category II, and as Principal Agent of Western Union for providing inbound International Money Transfer services. Further PML is an IATA accredited Travel Agent and hence provides entire gamut of Financial, Forex, International Money Transfer, Wealth Management and complete travel related services. The Company has recently tied up with IRCTC for Internet Café Scheme which enables the Company offices to offer Railway Ticket reservations.

The Company entered into an Agency Agreement with Western Union Financial Service Inc. New Jersey, U.S.A. for conducting Inward Money Transfer Service vides an agreement dated 27th April 1998 for which a specific approval had been obtained from the Reserve Bank of India, Central Office, Mumbai. After making a humble beginning in October 1998, Paul Merchants actively commenced its operations in the year 1999. Western Union Financial Services Inc. is world’s number one Money Transfer Company with more than 4,12,000 agent locations worldwide covering more than 220 countries.

After commencing its operations in the field of International Money Transfer in the year 1999, in just no time Paul Merchants scaled towering heights in this field. A little indicative of the impeccable progress made by the Company is the fact that as of now the company is providing International Money Transfer Service in association with Western Union Financial Service Inc., U.S.A. from as many as more than 650 of its own offices & 13000+ Franchisee locations all over India.
