How We Work

"Everyone needs someone to talk to share their thoughts , seek advice and feel relieved . In todays fast pacing world people don't have time for each other . We find ourselves sulking all the time as we dont get a vent out. There can be a number of reasons for a person to feel low. Sometimes we just need a friend to confide in , or someone who can listen to us. We are doing just that !!

We provide guidance and counselling on email for any kind of emotional problem . You can contact us by filling the counselling form and our counsellors will reply to your query which we will forward to you on your given email address.

We help you to deal with all sorts of issues like

Love life and Relations
Studies
Health issues
Work stress
Depression
Marriage
Bullying
General query and many more...
We have a group of expert Counsellors and Doctors on our panel. Your query will be forwarded to all our counsellors and they would try to reply in shortest possible time . The reply to you through email can be either one time conversation or multiple emails depending on the gravity of your problem.

According to the nature of your problem , you will be assigned one counsellor who will do follow ups with you. We will also provide telephonic conversation with counsellor in case the need arises.

We suggest you to fill all the details in counselling form and give maximum information about you and your problem so that counsellor can know you better and answer accordingly .

We care for your privacy and thus none of your information will be passed on to any outsider and secrecy will be maintained. "

2. Mrs.Mohini Sharma- Masters in applied Psychology and Diploma in Child and Family Counselling.

3. Mrs.Neelam Gupta- Graduate in Psychology. Active social worker since 30 years.Current member of State legal Service Authority of Chandigarh. Worked for betterment of children and women.

4. Dr.Rohina Gupta- M.B.B.S; Post Graduation in Lifestyle Medicine; Certified Diploma in Hospital Administration, Infection Control; MD in Alternative Medicine and Healthcare Quality Management.
