This state is suppressed as we grow up by our family and society.
Relax.
We just need to give them the space to be natural to grow up beautifully.

The so-called method of parents use to bring up kids, is nothing but societal conditioning and suppression. This ultimately brings them down from their blissful awareness and restful deep ecstasy.

Knowingly or unknowingly children naturally practice yoga postures all the time. Children perform complex asanas all the time, just sit back and observe them. Most of us have seen them sit on their knees for an extended amount of time while watching tv, or playing with toys (modified Vajrasana). This list goes on and on...

Yoga asana are meant for everyone and out bodies are designed to practice them! It is important that children are encouraged to practice yoga postures for many reasons!
