On one hand there is widespread unemployment among youth and on the other Industries are struggling to find right manpower. This is mainly due to lack of skills, awareness and access to organised work place. We aim to overcome this by providing them with job oriented skills along with placement in organised sectors such as Retail, Transportation & Logistics, Beauty & Wellness, Tourism & Hospitality, Auto & auto components.

We provide skills development training and placement to unemployed youth in India. We have a training capacity of 4500 per year which is being upgraded to 10,000 per year. As a part of our 5 year plan we aim to train and place half a million people by the end of 2020.
