We understand that each individual has different skill levels and learning needs, this forms the very basis of our flexible training approach. Our training program uses multi-method blend of learning activities, which not only provides stimulation but increases the likelihood of retention of information and therefore brings lasting behavioural change. Training methodology we have adopted is "Experiential Learning" techniques, "Game based" activities and Role plays. To evaluate the effectiveness of training, we use “Kirkpatrick’s Four-Level Training Evaluation” model, which helps us to course correct and be effective with each individual.
