Functional Training: - It is actually new in India and we have included functional training in our system to make our clients functionally active and fit. Functionally Training is actually spots kind of activities and sports drills

Pilates: - Pilates is done on Swiss Ball. Mainly activities are done on this ball to train your core muscles and to tuck in and shape up your abdomen.

Yoga: - Yoga is designed to work on your internal organ for their efficient working. We provide two types of yoga Power Yoga and Traditional Yoga.
