Chrysalis-Open your Wings (an Education, Training & Skill Development, SBU “Inception) has been setup by a group of Professionals having rich domestic and global experience in training, skill development and on-the-job competence development, with the prime objective of employability, entrepreneurship development, training and skill development in its area of operations. Our approach is based on collaborative model and bringing together technology pioneers, infrastructure providers, industry and the government, facilitating creation of employability and employment opportunities by promoting entrepreneurship, mentorship, innovation and right competence.

Chrysalis has been working with various corporate houses on skill building, behaviour management, personnel excellence, coaching and mentoring programs. It has also been focusing on schools and colleges and worked with quite a few of them to help the youth get ready for the real life as they face the professional world after completing their education.

Chrysalis has also been helping parents understand and help their children realize their dreams with its practical and unique parenting seminars. It organizes events and workshops on unique and novel ideas on working of human brain and intricacies of human beliefs and behavior, from time to time.
