Belthara Road is a town and a nagar panchayat in Ballia district in the state of Uttar Pradesh, India. It is named "Belthara Road" because it is a connect to old civilization. Belthara Road has got a railway station and connects with the many major cities. Chandair walipur is one of the oldest Village in Baliia District.The nearest town to this village is Belthara road, also known as sear,which is approx 7 Km from the village.The people belonging from Walipur are known for their innocence and helping nature. The Atgawa school at walipur caters for the educational requirement of nearby eight villages. The Zamindari system which prevailed in the village from the time of Britishers has now been abolished. Though the condition of village still need to be improved but people from this village are spread across the globe and are doing well in their respective fields.
