Located just a floor above Grill House, Carnival de Goa embodies the vibrant spirit of Goa with its wait staff clad in beach style attires, mosaic tiled tables, boat shaped crockery and music. Some of the interesting dishes on the menu are Chicken Cafreal, Chicken Xacuti, Goan Roast Beef and Goan Sausage Pulao.
