The Trust is committed to provide free legal aid and assistance to the poor, marginalized, downtrodden, illiterate, vulnerable and the exploited ones, irrespective of their caste, creed, color, sex or religion. The Trust’s vision is to create a just, equal and peaceful society where everybody shares and cares for the poor, unprivileged and exploited people and make the world a better place to live in. Its priorities and objectives are to provide free legal services and to create awareness among the society regarding various rights including human rights available under different laws to safeguard the poor, marginalized, downtrodden, illiterate, vulnerable and the exploited ones, irrespective of their caste, creed, color, sex or religion.

As a national civil Trust organization, the Trust will also help, assist and empower women and children and registered for protection and socio-cultural, political and economic empowerment of women and children and to promote gender equity, access to quality services and opportunities for building an equitable society through convergence and partnership.

The Trustees consider the said objects can be satisfactorily achieved and continued permanently only by constituting a Public Charitable Trust. The Trustees have already set apart a sum of Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees Two thousand only), for the purpose of constituting a Public Charitable Trust and for the objects mentioned hereinafter appearing.

The Trustees have also agreed to become the first Trustees of the Trust and have also taken possession of the initial corpus of Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees Two thousand only) as aforesaid.

It is the desire of the Trustees that the Corpus of the Trust may be further augmented from time to time by flow of funds and other assets including moveable and immovable and any other kind by way of Gifts, or Donations, acquisitions, allotments, grant exchange or otherwise etc.,

Now it has become necessary to reduce the objectives and other terms of this Trust in writing.
