PRISM (Priyadarshini School of Music) Foundation is an inventive Music, Dance & Arts school with a comprehensive view in Music, Dance & Arts. It takes pride in offering the integrated quality study of Music, Dance & Arts Education. It is situated inside the highly reputed MS Ramaiah University & Educational Institutions Campus at two locations Mathikere & Peenya with Main Branch located at Mathikere.


The School is Founded by Mr. Ram, Chairman, from Singapore settled in India is an Ardent Music lover, Chemical Engineer & Director of Indian Operations of Tecnicas Reunidas, a Spanish Engineering Company. A Master’s Degree holder in Chemical Engineering, his passion for music has fueled an exceptionally generous, lifelong commitment to support Music, Dance & Art Education and thus the concept, idea of PRISM Foundation was formulated. His ability to translate his dreams into reality has elevated him to the stature of a visionary.


PRISM is managed & run jointly by two dedicated music professionals namely,
Mr. Mahesh Mahadev (Music Composer & Director, Lyricist, Audio & Sound Professional, Founder & Managing Director of Shivashakthi Group of Companies, Business Entrepreneur, Painting Artist, Sculptor, Graphic & Motion Designer, Multi-Artist) &

Miss. Priyadarshini (Popular Playback Singer, Performing Artist, Trained in Indian Classical Music, Master’s Degree holder in Music & Music Researcher pursuing PhD Music, Electrical & Electronic Engineering Graduate from Singapore).

PRISM is delighted to Create, Introduce and Establish its new Genre ‘POPULAR MUSIC’ for First Time in India with a precisely, systematically developed curriculum for Playback / Professional Singing. This Graded syllabus specifically designed in a concise method includes Film, Western, Bhavgeet, Ghazal, Indian Classical, Devotional, Bhajans, Folk Techniques in various languages. This is the first and only program of its kind to provide professional quality training towards the creativity, theoretical knowledge, technical skills, working habits, and personal qualities that will enable them to become self-sufficient singers, and professionals.

PRISM takes pride in launching short-term certificate courses in Bhavgeeth & Devotional(Bhakti Sangeet) for the first time.

To provide easy method of learning, PRISM’s certified graded syllabus designed for Western Music Theory, Keyboard, Guitar offers a valid and multifaceted approach in perfecting instrumental performance, aural awareness, sight reading and general music knowledge that provides students to get assessed every 6 months in their theory & practical exams to improve on their learning skills. Similarly, students can also opt for TRINITY, London College graded exam special coaching at the school.

Specially designed Indian Classical Music Theory, Carnatic Vocal & Violin syllabus is dedicated in teaching Indian Classical Music in a systematic and scientific way. This systematized teaching method framed through a series of graded lessons helps students to learn Carnatic in a pure way yet adhering to the present generation requirements.

PRISM graded exams for Music Courses create an opportunity for students to receive an external and professional assessment regarding their learning.It provides Certificate to the student with the invaluable experience of preparing a repertoire in order to sing/play with confidence.

PLATINA Dance Studio, a well-designed, artistically influenced interior dancehall formed with a vision to bring forth a broad spectrum of dance education, within a nurturing and professional environment offers short-term and monthly courses in Dance forms like, Freestyle/Bollywood, Indian Contemporary, Jazz/Hip-hop, Zumba, Folk & Kathak.

PRISM Recording Studio, a suite of world class Acoustic & professional Audio recording inside the Music School, provides recording services. Our students gets exposed to the art of modern recording, utilizing industry standard equipment, software and techniques. PM Audio label is Unit of PRISM Foundation.
