The guest are welcome to use the common areas of the living/dining area, the terraced garden. There is a coffee/tea maker, toaster and microwave oven at the dining area.
I love to meet all my guests and interact with them for a bit. I let them have their privacy and space, but am always available to them in case they need me.
However, since I do travel often, sometimes I miss the opportunity to have a chat with them. I do have a lovely team who ensures that everything is good and comfortable for our guests. I am available on my mobile, 24 hours a day...:)
