Today IT training Schools are facing the challenge of generating
strong workforce which meets demands of industry. On one side
we have tremendous opportunities, and the other side, we have

huge manpower but not directly employable. Employability is a
key aspect which needs to be fixed. Employability skills can be
taught, what we need is a phased and structured way of
building required skill set in individuals.

In IT industry, people are assets, every Industry wants best of
best people. Raising the caliber, practical knowledge, and more
and more hands on practice is a key. Expert guidance is a
MUST.
Unfortunately, experienced faculty is hard to find in
training industry. We need people who have worked in industry
to give students that perspective, discuss issues in-depth, so
that students understand practical aspects as well.

The main motive of NDI is to develop the intellectual abilities of
the students, fostering them to align themselves with industry
requirements. Assignments focus more on creativity, innovation,

quality, competitiveness, accountability and flexibility. We offer
best of the training infrastructure in country today, using
Linux platform. We offer on-line training rather than using
traditional off-line / white board based classroom training.
This increases learning pace, and make student understand

then and there only. Our gigabyte network ensures excellent
speed; specially designed acoustic hall ensures that everyone is
able to hear the faculty clearly. I had worked on numerous

projects and technologies in past 17 years. While designing
course, I had ensured that all the intricacies are covered well,
and students could have smooth sailing after joining the
industry.
