KPB Nidhi is a Public Limited company established in the year 1989 under section 620-A of Indian Companies Act 1956. It is a Nidhi( mutual benefit) company where only members can transact. The company has the approval from Government of India, Department of Company affairs (No. 37/13/90-CL III dated 13-12-1990) and Reserve Bank of India (DFC (BG) No. 6408 dated 29-01-1991). We lend against security of Gold, Fixed Deposits, LIC policies, Real Estates and other Government Securities. Therefore 100 % of our advances are fully secured. At present the working of the company is under direct supervision and responsibility of 9 Directors who are persons of Social Standing, and well experienced in Business Administration.
