Conduct Polytechnic Diploma in Commercial Practice (DCP with Banking as elective subject) of Technical Education Dept. of Govt. of Kerala. Federal Bank assures appointment as Clerk for those who successfully complete DCP from FCBC. Admission to DCP at FCBC is restricted to candidates who have passed SSLC with a minimum marks of 60%. From start (1969) to end (1982) of FCBC, Mr.S.Martin.BA.BCom.CAIIB.AIB (London) was our respected and beloved Principal. He was really a treasure of knowledge and especially in banking it was unparalleled which he imparted to DCP candidates. He was a Senior Executive of Federal Bank in it's formation stage, who worked in liaison with Late Mr. K P Hormese, Founder Chairman of the bank. After retirement in 1982 Martin Sir was leading a peaceful life at his native home (Siru Malar) at Nagercoil and his sad demise was on 24/07/1999.
