About Us
Indian Lands was founded in October 1967 by Late Shri Dinesh Tulsidas Sheth in Alibag, Maharashtra with an initial focus on leisure properties and agricultural land situated in Raigad district, especially Alibag & Murud. Late Shri Dinesh Sheth continues to be our Inspiration of the Indian Lands group.

In 2000, Shri Dinesh Sheth was honored by the National ‘PRIYADARSHINI’ Award at the hands of Shri Shivraj Patil for his continuous dedication and services in the social and education sector.

Building on a tradition of professionalism and excellence of service over 40+ years and growing under the present leadership of Shri Rahul Sheth, Indian Lands continues to enjoy the trust and confidence of clients from all across India as the preferred realty firm in the Raigad region.

For land acquisition, we provide due diligence, transactional and logistical support services across the entire procedure for land acquisition (investigation, objection and confirmation, claim and award, reference to court, apportionment of compensation, payment, and temporary occupation) as prescribed by government laws and amendments from time to time.

•Due Diligence and Transactional Support: Title verification, regulatory and technical parameters, negotiation and price settlement, legal services, transactional support including execution and registration, compliance, payment and final transfer of property.
