Darshit Shah is an alumna from Gujarat University and is an eminent and renowned choreographer for numerous college shows. He has indefinite knowledge and enthusiasm to acquaint with the best moves and grooves in various forms of Folk Dances. Over the years he has become proficient at the forms of Dandiya Raas and Navratri. It was Darshit Shah’s vision to give a new dimension to one of the traditional dance forms of Gujarati Dandiya Raas and Navratri.
Darshit Shah had great love for dancing, and to learn more was always on his mind. He would train students with Purvi Jhaveri Shah for Dandiya Raas and Garba (eminent dance forms in Gujarat). Soon after his graduation, he wanted to increase the bar by catering to more forms of traditional dances, and so he took Sur-Taal Performing Arts to new heights.
