Madhuban was founded by two very entrepreneurial women. One of the leading creative source of Madhuban is Dwiti Shah. She is strong positive, kind, and humane. Her strong point is her effortless manner with which she connects with our clients and puts her best efforts together to bring them great satisfaction. Her idea of keeping the base of our activities within her own home and not moving out into commercial office spaces reinforces the core principle of ‘Madhuban’ which makes us believe that anything and everything contributes to a great relationship and the Atmosphere is a major factor in it.
Her partner in the venture, is one of the more dynamic pillars of Madhuban with exceptional understanding of human relations. She is an expert counselor, guide, and mentor, who can help our clients choose the right partner after a sympathetic analysis of their expectations. She strongly believes that a relationship cannot just be made, but has to be developed after hours of counseling and brainstorming with each other. It is her belief that makes her emphasize detailed interactions with parents, family members and marriage candidates alike.
