Up until 1998, the company was still buying from Indian importers. But with an import setup in place, there was no looking back. Expanding nationally, Grand Slam Fitness opened its first franchise outside its head office in New Delhi in the city of Chandigarh, which continues to work with the company till date. At present Grand Slam has over 100 showrooms apart from its presence in multi-brand outlets such as Big Bazaar, Reliance and Aditya Birla Group and dealer networks all over India, providing fitness equipment along with after sales services.
