Our Mission & Vision:--A-Healthy and hygienic India, free of the Practice of defecation in the open and fiscal Pollution of Environment.

Shama approach to restore human dignity to the Scavengers have five district stages.

1)Liberation..2)Rehabilitation...3)Vocational Training...4)Social Elevation,5)Proper Education to the next Generation.

Education of Scavengers:--education holds the key to any major change and development and is essential to improving the condition of the traditionally oppressed scheduled caste communities.

Vocational training center:--This Center aims to educate and link young girls and Women with income generation activities.
Women Empowerment through training in Computer Education, Cutting & Tailoring, Soft toy making, mehendi application, paper bag making,diya & Candle making is done to make the Slum Women self-reliant and Economically independent free Education is provided to Slum Children.

Our goal is not just limited to see a kid away from education.
Our goal is not that a patient lives in hardship without sufficient medications.
Our Goal is not just limited upto that a sister/daughter stays unmarried just because they cannot afford to give dowry.
Our goal is not just limited upto that a widow sleeps empty stomach food having grown boys.
Our goal is not just limited upto that a pure talent stay employed with the lack of support.
