"Prabh Aasra (Home for Destitute)", an NGO based in Punjab, is
Working with the grace of God, our mission is to bring hope to a hurting world. Our organisation works for the rehabilitation of physically and mentally handicapped destitute, providing treatment, care, education and a home for the abandoned. Residents at our facility comprise critically ill unknown patients with severe trauma who have been discharged from hospitals without proper care and treatment, victims of rape and violence, pregnant ladies, mentally disabled persons and abandoned/orphan children & elderly.

During the last ten years we have provided care and treatment to over 1,110 destitute and reunited over 760 with their families. At any given point we have between 230 to 250 patients at our facility, whilst our capacity is limited to 150 patients.

All the donations are payable on the name of 'Universal Disabled Care Taker Social Welfare Society(Regd.)'.
