Utkarsh came into being on 13th September, 2002 with a determination to provide excellent guidance to the aspirants of various examinations.

Since very few institutes were providing quality guidance to RAS aspirants, we focused on that. Usually most of the coaching institutes were focused on RAS Pre examination, whereas a student needs all help till he clears all the stages. Keeping that in mind, we organized many seminars starting from May, 2003. Not only this, we also provided free guidance to all RAS aspirants for their interview and group discussion. After getting the excellent feedback from the students we provided free guidance for the interviews involving best faculties of the country to the aspirants of Sub-Inspector (Police).

Providing competitive atmosphere to the students is also important, therefore we have our own OMR machine. We also have OHP and Power point presentations. With recordings of over 1000 hours of various issues related to the questions, we also show documentaries to the students and have published many books for their knowledge enhancement. Our notes are regularly updated and their quality is well-established.

In recognition of our efforts we were given ISO 9001: 2000 in 2005 followed by ISO 9001: 2008 in 2008.

We have also organized employment fairs in collaboration with employment office and organized mass level tests in collaboration with Dainik Bhaskar, Rajasthan Patrika and Dainki Navjyoti, three of the leading newspapers of Western Rajasthan.

On an average every third student selected in a competitive examination in the state has studied at Utkarsh. The toppers are always from Utkarsh.

Our call centre, which was inaugurated by Shri Rajendra Singh Solanki - Chairman, JDA on 26th July 2012, provides free counseling to the aspirants. Not only this, our successful students have formed Utkarsh alumni association and they also provide free help and guidance to the students.
