We spend much of our time looking for ways to enhance our lives, be it through music, sport, literature, entertainment, work etc., TA is yet another way which gives you clear, direct, useful information about yourself, getting you in touch with your extremely powerful emotional intelligence and getting it to work for you... at home, in relationships and at work.

About the Facilitator
I encountered TA in January 2010... the uncovering and discovering of myself since then has unlocked doorways that I did not know existed... wowed me and propelled me into taking charge of my life, giving myself the permission to live again, to live with joy and authenticity. I find value in TA as “bringing meditation to the marketplace”… in everyday living... being, doing, parenting and in my relationships
