We are not a business family neither we started this place to make ONLY money. We dreamed about a holiday home in Coonoor as we were more familiar and frequenter to Coonoor & Nilgiris. Exploration of Coonoor led us to find out Coonoor is far better than OOTY in terms of climatic conditions, filled with better greenery and less pollution / crowd.

We are not supported by any big brands for marketing or reaching people to spread about our property, but just the word of mouth.
