Sri Rajashyamala School of Music, is an institute of music, founded by Dr. Shyamala Vinod. It serves as a school of music, research centre, and promoter of talent. It also provides the non-clinical voice therapy and voice culture sessions and training for professionals and aspirants alike.

Dr. Shyamala Vinod, M.A, M.Phil, Ph. D., is a musicologist, academician of music, certified voxologist and voice trainer. Her teaching experience spans over 3 decades, and many renowned reality show contestants, playback singers and top ranking Carnatic music professionals are benefiting from her tutelage and training.

She holds a doctorate in music, specializing in the comparative study of Arabic Classical Maqamat and South Indian Classical Ragas. She has been a guide to many PhD candidates.

She is also one of the faculty members of the Advanced School of Carnatic Music, The Music Academy, Chennai, and she is a guest lecturer at the Department of Music, University of Madras, Chennai.

She also conducts various seminars, lecture-demonstrations and workshops, hosted by various cultural organizations and educational institutions, as well as her own institution - Sri Rajashyamala School of Music
