About Baker's tray in Yeshwanthpur, Bangalore

About me:
HR professional, artist, wanderer, hobbyist, loving wife, amused mother… some of the titles I have picked up along the way. Nothing has suited me quite as much as the baker’s hat that I have donned in the last few months.

My experiments with cakes, cup cakes,muffins, cookies and breads have been successful – a very happy and plump husband and daughter will testify to that, neighbours have volunteered as tasting guinea pigs over and over again and friends and family have already block booked cakes for special occasions over the next one year.
As a concerned mother, I’m always experimenting with making these goodies in a healthier way than we get otherwise, without compromising on taste and richness. Strictly vegetarian neighbours have perfected my eggless baking skills, much beyond what I could have learned from books. And lactose and gluten intolerant friends are making me push the … well, should I say, batter that much further.
I’m not usually one to market my wares but the interest I have received made me decide to put up a Facebook page to show what I have to offer on my Baker’s tray.
